About the event
SALT is a FREE program specifically designed to help low to moderate income Dougherty County senior adults ages 62+ lead more active and healthy lives. The program offers recreation, socialization, education, empowerment, and nutrition. Sessions are held on the 4th Tuesday of each month. Call 229-436-7707 for more info. This month's topic is "Mindfulness" with guest speaker, Sheneka Riggins, MSW (AAPHC Renaissance Center).
